When I first had my consultation with AJ I was dealing with a very abrasive ex-wife. She would call, text, and generally harass me in anyway possible. I had been recently laid off from my job due to the downturn in the oilfield and she decided that it was a good time to take me to court over the cust...ody of my child. I met with AJ and gave him the rundown of the situation, and he immediately gave me advice on how to handle communications with her. We started working on our case and preparing from day one. Over the next few months he helped me build a strong defense to use to keep time with my child. The only person who worked on my case was AJ. Not a paralegal. He knew every piece of evidence, every note, talking points, all of it. He was always organized and prepared in our meetings, and always down to earth. He would always keep an open line of communication with me even after I had returned to work which made our preparation very strained due to limited access to communication on my end. He would email anything he would receive from her lawyer or the courts. There were even times that I awoke to an email from him, sent as early as 3:00am. We met the day before trail to prepare. We went over everything that may happen, looked at what we prepared, and made me feel ready to deal with the stress of the next day. The day of court we had all we needed to defend custody of my child. All the preparation paid off as he successfully argued my case. I ended up with more time with my child and peace of mind. In my opinion, AJ is the best lawyer around. He personally invests in his clients well being. There is no other lawyer that even comes close in my book.
