I paid Sam for a custody battle. Paid in full on the first day we meet. This custody battle took a year! Sam did nothing. He lost paperwork, he was lazy and on the finally day of court HE PLAYED ON HIS PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME. He showed up to court many times with bed head, looking completely dishevele...d and ending up costing me more money to the court! He did not do his job at all and he also advised me into not showing up to a court date, COSTING ME MONEY. this lawyer is GARBAGE and I really hope who ever sees this hasn’t already given him money!!

I paid this lawyer in full the first day we met. He did not do his job as a paid attorney. I called this man often and he barely answer his calls. He don't even return your calls. As of now, he still hasn't completed my case. I wouldn't recommend him to represent any case. I will report him to the bo...ard.

This attorney was paid in full in ADVANCE as he requested... this was for a family law matter that should have taken about 4 months total.. It has now been 7 months and I have done the majority of the work for him.. calling, scheduling, etc. basically begging him to do his job! I have caught him in S...O many lies and the only time I hear back from him is weeks/months after he knows I am aware that something should have been done by that time... and even then its an excuse-- I have multiple emails and texts full of excuses from him. Nothing has been filed and it has been 7 months-- and he will not correspond... I am soon reporting him to the board.

Mr. Aucoin represented me for a contested divorce. I felt that he was very knowledgeable of Louisiana laws. Was always professional in and outside of court. Was able to communicate with him through phone, text, and email. Kept me informed and worked well with another attorney who also represented... me. I felt he was always honest with me.
