Richard Damian Mere

Rick is incredible. I unfortunately had to go through 2 attorney's prior to him. I did my homework. I called the local law board in Lafayette and he was highly recommended in Family Law. He is very easy to talk to and very accessible. He's a good judge of character and knowledgeable in many areas (in...cluding Autism). He was able to take a case that was being dragged out for 4 years and have it essentially thrown out in 2 months. He told me this upon our first meeting and he has 100% followed through, "I fight for my clients." He's not cheap. No good attorney is. But he's completely worth it. And I trust him. That's really hard to find.

I could not have been more pleased with Mr. Mere's representation of me. He came highly recommended by one of his colleagues. Mr. Mere was a strategic pit bull in each court appearance. I have since found out that Mr. Mere is well-known in the Lafayette community as someone who cares about his cli...ents and that he is very well respected. He's a no-nonsense guy who is genuine and down to earth when you meet with him. I have much respect for him and the continued ethical way he treated me. He thankfully represented me in a what was a very challenging family law matter.
