Why isn't he practicing with others? You'd think because of experience? Nope... he is lazy and knows nothing about the law. I used him and all he did was prolong the case with an absolute horrendous result. I needed one peice of paper (which I found out by 2 other attorneys) and he is clueless. I ha...d to do all of the leg work, and he would still charge for said work. I was screwed and shouldn't have gotten taken advantage of. But you better believe he sure had that hand out. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES. You will lose your case and money!!!

This attorney took nearly $4000 dollars from me to do what you ask? Not what he said he would do that's for sure. He agree on a $2500 retainer fee for my child custody case. I paid him half of the it in April we 2017 the other half I paid him in September of 2017 for reason on my part and not because... I didnt have the money. He got the first half and never once did he call to see what was going ton why havent I brought the reason etc. I signed a contract in September 2017 that he says he doesn't have in my folder so I must of not signed one. My case has been a stressful time and Pete did not at all make it any better. He charged me another $1000 dollars to file for custody in May of 2018 (might be confused yes it is he decided to file for visitation the at the beginning instead of custody and me being new at this I did not realize what he was doing SCREWING ME AND WANTING ALL MY MONEY.) We have a set date for June 28th 2018 which he decided this first week of June he was gonna be on vacation that week so he needed to move it up one whole week and charge me another $1500. We went to court he did not fight for me at all not one bit. He brought documents to court that was not certified which met everything that was said in court was our we word adjust the other party word. Two weeks after we went to court we got the judgment I spoke with him briefly. I called 3 weeks after I last had spoke to him and spoke to Brandy about a problem she said she would call me back after speaking with Pete. I never got a call back. I decided I needed a new attorney that would fight for me so I emailed him asking for my folder I got a email the same day telling me I basically needed to pay the remaining of my balance to get it which it ILLEGALLY PEOPLE. I hired a new attorney November 5th 2018 and since have found out that he not only filed to be removed from my case in the court house in the beginning of October but he also charged me another $1000 for July to November for services that I did not receive he never even said one word to me in that time. I have also find out A LOT and I mean A LOT of other stuff that he was screwing me over on. I would never recommend this attorney. He's a JOKE

I asked him point blank if he would represent us in our Fathers Rights/Custody/child support case. He told me yes. After firing another area lawyer who took us for 10,000$, he pleasantly held my hand, looked me in the eye, and lied. He said he would do whatever we needed and would not be intimidated ...by opposing counsel. At the end of the day, he did nothing for our child support, which was calculated illegally and set at LEAST 500$/mo more than it should be. He will not answer emails, will not fight for you. When we asked him if he would represent our wishes he said he "wasnt going to court with all that nonsense", despite our daughter being kept from us for nearly 2 years while paying 1250$/month in child support. He said he was unwilling to help. 2500$ retainer for what again? Kicks and giggles evidently. DO NOT USE FOR ANY TYPE OF CUSTODY OR FAMILY MATTER HE WILL NOT HELP YOU.
