Medical Malpractice cases involve an extensive review of medical records, research and consultations with medical experts and can be a lengthy process depending on the severity of the potential malpractice and the volume of records that need to be reviewed. We review many Medical Malpractice cases a month, at no cost to the potential client, and try to explain to all potential clients that potential timeline up front. We also do not begin any review until all medical records requested are received. Following review of the potential case, we send out correspondence either accepting or denying the case depending on the information from the medical review. We try to give as much information as possible as to why we cannot proceed with a claim if we deny the potential case.
