Scott has written and lectured on trucking, construction and insurance related topics. He is co-author of Lifetime Business, Financial, Retirement, and Estate Planning – Plus A Will. Scott also volunteers as an assistant bar examiner for the Louisiana State Bar Exam.

Scott’s pre-legal experience includes working in all aspects of his family owned trucking company and for Ernst & Young, LLP in the areas of comprehensive financial statement auditing, tax analysis and preparation of financial statements for a diverse client base in the energy, gaming insurance and health care industries.
