Before I went to court, I was reading about his honor profile as great father and excellent judge. During the hearing I was very impressed about judge Alan M Black . I thought I put my faith in him to justify my case against individuals who came to court with no evidence or document to prove their c...laim. They both sits in the court room and kept saying testimony was fully untrue and perjury they brought some one to testify as a witness, who said I was not telling the truth about my claims , I never met this witness before and he never met me before. I was surprised how the scammers can win the case because they have been lied about every thing that happened. I don’t know how his honor believes in someone who doesn’t bring any evidence to prove their claim. Someone who lied almost about every thing. I was sitting in court room silent wondering how that happened, I felt like I was not existed. I was sad and upset about all the testimony that the individuals were saying, I wanted to explain why they were saying that, but their attorney was not allowing me to tell my side of the argument. Their attorney was misleading me about what I was saying, he wanted me say what he wanted the judge to hear, so he can win the case and he wanted the judge not to hear my testimony, he was obviously trying not to get me saying that his client was lying about all aspects that were being discussed. At that moment I had no choice but to keep silent and I can appeal my case with all the evidence, I have been collecting about this individuals. I want to say that they are not correct about their claims and I am innocent of any wrongdoing. I was hoping that the his honor can give me a chance to prove my innocence but I was not able to complete my my testimony. I felt that I was alone and no one can hear me. I was hoping I get the same treatment as the other individuals have. Now I feel that I have no right and was treated unfairly and I was forced to pay hefty fines. The other individuals was rewarded with a fair amount of compensation for their perjury . This was the first time happened to me. My respect to his honor is the same as before he gave his final ruling . And I forgiven him because he was get the wrong information about the case. I just hope one day I can meet his honor and tell him the facts about my case. I still believe that one day those individuals can be prosecuted for their actions against others, to stop them from committing perjury against anyone one doing business with them. They making their living by suing others who helped them . Justice will prevail for those who have lost their lives.

My boyfriend battered me in the midst of just waking out of a dream and I do understand that. I called the police. He is now in Jail. He goes in front of a Judge today and told me his lawyer is NOT going to be there bc " he doesn't need to be.". I am the Victim and I am going to show support and ...explain what had happened. I know my boyfriend is worried sick that the Court system might give him time and that is worrying he shouldn't be doing bc as it says on Alan Black"s webpage.... "From Stevie Wonder- Don't Worry About a Thing and he "has your back!". Oh yeah? Where?
