Attorney David Craig Jr, represented me in a dismissed malicious prosecution /false arrest case in which he did not initiate any criminal/civil action against those who swore an oath to protect my rights, instead he and others violated them by not taking the appropriate action(s) to have those arrest...ed, who acted under color of law, who were officers of the court, who swore an oath to the Constitution to obey the laws, instead broke them by violating my rights and he being an officer of the court, knew my rights had been violated, knew that laws were broken, did nothing. The charges/indictment against me was dismissed with prejudice. I spent two years in Jail, without a trial, even though three 701 speedy trial motions were filed, but they were never acknowledged or ruled on in court, I had no bail, there was no evidence, yet I stayed in jail for no reason(s), arrested February 28, 2008. I was released from jail on February 10, 2010 after 1 year, 11 months and 8 days, almost two years. It was the worse time of my life, ever.
