Cameron Dain Robichaux

I first contacted Cameron Dain Robichaux on 20 June 2024 after years of being stonewalled and abandoned by multiple attorneys in Indiana and Louisiana. I am a retired Chicago Police Officer and the victim of a violent, unprovoked assault that left my jaw broken, wired shut for five weeks, a tooth los...t, a front tooth chipped, and three months of lost work. My judgment against the offender, Stephen Daniel Sanders, has been mishandled for years by prior counsel, and I came to Seale & Ross desperate for competent help. I signed a contract with Seale & Ross on 8 July 2024 with the understanding that Mr. Robichaux would finally move this case forward — locate Sanders, have him served, investigate his assets, and pursue wage garnishment if possible. He told me Sanders would be served in July and even suggested there might be inheritance money to pursue. That was the last meaningful thing he ever said. What followed was indifference, inaction, and complete abandonment. He ghosted me for the entire month of August. No updates, no filings, no communication, no effort. In late September, he made one attempt to serve Sanders and then told me he couldn’t proceed because the person at the address “might be” Sanders’ ex‑wife. That was the extent of his investigative effort. During this time, my anxiety and blood pressure spiraled out of control from the stress of being ignored yet again by another attorney who promised help and delivered nothing. I was hospitalized in October as a direct result of the emotional toll of being repeatedly dismissed and left without answers. Mr. Robichaux knew the full history of what Curosh III and Cory Blunk had put me through, yet showed no urgency, no compassion, and no understanding of the damage this case has caused me for over a decade. After months of silence, excuses, and zero progress, I had no choice but to request his removal from my case. In my experience, Cameron Dain Robichaux demonstrated a lack of follow‑through, a lack of communication, and a lack of basic professional responsibility. I came to him for help closing a traumatic chapter of my life, and instead I was left feeling ignored, dismissed, and retraumatized. I cannot recommend Cameron Dain Robichaux or Seale & Ross for judgment enforcement or post‑judgment representation.
