Very seldom do I have the time or feel the need to write a review on anyone, but my experience with Gregg warranted a statement. My nephew, Mark, was arrested for possession heroin and meth. He heard about Gregg from a friend. Gregg gave us an appointment in a timely manner. At our first meeting, ... I was impressed with Gregg's professionalism and knowledge. He was very understanding in regards to my emotional state. Gregg answered all of our questions and explained in detail what the outcome might be. In this situation you need a person that will take the time to hear everything you have to say and give his professional opinion as to what to expect from the court system. His office is in Terrebonne Parish, but Mark and I live in Lafourche Parish. Gregg knew everyone in Lafourche Parish's court system and didn't hesitate to contact these people to help Mark. Gregg knows how to speak to people with respect and is well prepared to talk about a case. I never could have gone through this experience without Gregg's help. He answered emails, text, and telephone calls quickly. At a time like this you need someone who will not ignore you and doesn't make you feel like you are bothering them. Gregg always called me before and after court dates to keep me informed. He worked hard to get my nephew a deal that I considered a miracle. Weekend stay in jail and probation. Even when Mark wrecked this deal Gregg didn't give up. He continued to fight for Mark. Last court date was today. Gregg advised Mark and worked very hard to get an outcome that we could live with. I highly recommended Gregg Graffagnino if you need a lawyer that will treat you with respect and do everything he can to get positive results. I strongly recommend never going into a courtroom without a lawyer that will work for you and push to get you the best outcome. In my opinion, Gregg is the only lawyer I would trust to accompany me into a courtroom.
