Gregg J Graffagnino

I am an experienced trial lawyer with over 28 years in both personal injury and criminal defense. I am a born again christian and worship at First Babtist Church of Houma, LA. I have been married for over 33 years to my wife, Kellie, who is a registered nurse at TGMC. We have one child, Corinne who recently graduated from LSU in mechanical engineering and currently works for GE Oil and Gas. I enjoy people, love to help others, and enjoy the challenges of practicing law. Currently, I concentrate my law practice in the Houma and Thibodaux area, however I have handled cases throughout the State of Louisiana.

I have extensive experience in Drug and Alcohol related criminal defense cases. I also have significant experience with other criminal defense cases ranging from simple battery to murder, sex offenses, domestic abuse cases, burglaries, thefts, robberies; just about any criminal charges.

I have significant experience in handling auto accidents, including serious bodily injury. I have personally handled cases involving wrongful death, closed head injury (brain injury), paralysis (quadraplegia), rubtured discs, and soft tissue injuries.

I have also handled cases involving Maritime Law, Jones Act, and General Maritime Law.

During my time off, I play drums in a local cover band "Bandit". I enjoy watching Saints and LSU football, and love golf.
