When a big rig destroys a family, insurance companies send their best. I know — I spent a decade as one of their defense lawyers.
After nearly 30 years in practice, I now fight exclusively for injured victims against the trucking industry, commercial carriers, and maritime employers on the Gulf Coast.
What I handle: 18-wheeler, semi-truck, and tractor-trailer accident cases; commercial fleet and delivery vehicle accidents; catastrophic injury and wrongful death in trucking cases; FMCSA violations, hours-of-service litigation, and driver qualification failures; Admiralty & Maritime and Jones Act claims for injured Gulf Coast seamen and offshore workers, including unseaworthiness and maintenance-and-cure disputes.
