Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I met Mr. Yacoubian when we worked together to help our respective clients craft a rather complex contract. He was cordial and cooperative, while representing his client appropriately. Later, a dispute arose, and Mr. Yacoubian and I worked together successfully to settle that dispute to the benefit of both of our clients, who did not need to be engaged in protracted and expensive litigation. Again, he was courteous (although this was a considerably more adversarial situation), even though he represented his client's interests well. I would enjoy working with Alan again, whether as co-counsel or opposing counsel."
