Trust

I was in a pretty bad accident. I was at a red light and got hit really hard in the back. Anyway I was told by a bunch of friend. 1 call that's all. It was a Sunday when I got hit around 1 in the evening they had a Investigator at my house in a couple of hours then had me sign a lot of paper . He sa...id now I am not your attorney. Her name is.... Anyway throughout the next 3 or 4 months I had spoken to her several times. She was easy to get in touch with but several instances she had told me something that a couple of months later she would tell me something completely different but the same subject we had spoke about months before. It got to were I felt like she was fabricating stuff just because that's what she thought I wanted to hear. Finally after several months over maybe 8 or 9 months I realized I have never met once with her. I hinted a couple times but nothing ever happened. It just got to where I didn't trust her at all. The very 1st time I contacted Mr LaPorte I don't know why but I was real comfortable talking with him. He didn't pressure me at all. He explained what he would try do for me. The second time I spoke to him I said I would like to meet him . But still no pressure . Now sometimes when I talk to him I don't always like what he has to say. But not once since the day I met him have I ever felt like he has lied to me or tried mislead me. I really have this feeling he is being honest. And I like the way he carry's himself. I can tell he is a man with self esteem and is not only good but proud of what he has accomplished in his life. Every time I speak with him I really have a deep down feeling that he has my well being as a top priority. All I can say is he will be my attorney for the rest of my life. Thank you Mr LaPorte from the bottom of my heart. Sincerlly T. T

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
