Meredith Wilson Blanque

Meredith Blanque practices in the area of admiralty and maritime litigation. Her practice consists of defending vessel owners and operators, as well as offshore companies, from claims arising from collisions, property damage, personal injury, maritime pollution, environmental issues, cargo matters and contract disputes. She has experience conducting shipboard investigations and in the arrest and seizure of vessels in the federal courts, both from the standpoint of arresting vessels and from the standpoint of obtaining the release of arrested vessels.

Ms. Blanque has represented clients in state and federal courts in all aspects of litigation and through a broad range of regulatory proceedings. She has experience handling cases through trial, appeal, mediation and court sponsored settlement conferences.
