I am a highly creative legal and business problem solver. Whether I'm working for a start-up or well-established company, I structure complex business transactions, advise clients on labor and employment matters, and issue commercial real estate title insurance. Representing my clients’ business interests is my passion.

With a focus on the hospitality industry, I serve as counsel to the country's fastest-growing brunch concept, which has grown from 2 locations to 16 under my counsel.

As a serial entrepreneur myself, I formed the Business Law Group in 2017 and manage and operate the firm.  My ideal client is a professional by day and a curious side hustler by night, working to obtain lifelong financial freedom.
