Amanda Jeanne Butler

Amanda Butler Schley (Amanda Jeanne Butler on bar records) is a New Orleans business attorney and the founder of Business Law Group. She works with established, founder-led companies with $750K to $5M in revenue: business owners who are buying or selling a company, protecting a brand, signing a long-term lease, hiring a team or need business succession and estate planning.

Her practice covers mergers and acquisitions, trademark registration and protection, Louisiana ATC liquor licensing, tenant-side commercial lease review, business contracts and operating agreements, and estate and succession planning for business owners. T

Amanda has been licensed since 2008 and founded Business Law Group in 2016, after helping her first founder client through an exit at an $80 million valuation.
