Good attorney
I am very happy with my results. It was a pressure work with Mr. Curson! Definitely would recommend him for legal representation. I was undecided who I should hire however I’m VERY pleased with my outcome! He’s a 10 out of 10.

A++ Highly Recommended Attorney!!!
Words cannot express how much gratitude we have for hiring Kyle. We were lost, felt hopeless and believed getting justice in our situation was a complete joke because the system railroaded us. Kyle not only understood the assignment but he over delivered. We weren’t treated like a client but like fam...

Poor attendance and communication
He initially sounded very intelligent and supportive in helping me. He was late to every court date except the last, where he didn’t even look for me and we were last in court. He didn’t show up to the day I was supposed to plea. Now that I’m transferring my drug court and need a review hearing, he s...
My client swore under oath she was satisfied with my representation when she took a plea deal containing a Sentencing Agreement with a “downward departure”, in which the court deviated from mandatory minimums. I have never even seen a downward departure offered much less entered into the record. This required zealous litigation and ongoing negotiation spanning my attendance at 7 court hearings. Due to a time conflict, I could not attend an 8th hearing. Neither the court nor prosecutor batted an eye. I approached my client to make sure her concerns were addressed before, during and after the plea hearing. Client’s case was called far from last. Pursuant to the lawyer-client agreement (and industry standard), my representation terminates upon final disposition of criminal charges. As I explain this, client hangs up the phone and posts this review. I do not work for free.

Disturbing the peace, dismissed.
Originally hired Mr.Curson to appear for me while out of town for work. Not having high hopes of dismissal just needed someone to appear for me. Well many months later Mr.Curson was able to get my case of disturbing the peace completely dismissed. He kept in the loop of all court appearances he made ...
