Kea Sherman

We've worked with Ms. Sherman on several projects, including negotiation and permitting, and have always found her to be communicative, reliable, and completely invested in our interests. She is extremely detail-oriented and capable of picking apart a contract better than any lawyer we've ever worke...d with, as we discovered when we were involved in a potentially disastrous Real Estate deal. In our experience, Ms. Sherman's manner is approachable and empathetic when we are in conference and tough and persistent during negotiation, but she also has an innate ability to charm and bring the temperature in the room down when things get heated. When we needed to navigate City Hall and apply for the liquor license for our restaurant, Ms. Sherman helped us to successfully navigate a complex and somewhat obtuse and frustrating process. Ms. Sherman is not afraid to tackle a job which includes aspects that fall outside of her usual sphere of experience and has a vast network of colleagues to consult with when a question arises that she needs clarified. We enjoyed working with her very much and consider her a vital part of our "team" and an invaluable resource.
