Ms. Numa has represented clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on family-based petitions, applications for residency, applications for citizenship, applications for asylum and applications for humanitarian visas. Being from Haiti, Ms. Numa has first-hand experience of the immigration system so she is very passionate in helping others to successfully navigate the system. Ms. Numa understands the complexities associated with the immigration system and procedures and she has applied her knowledge, skills and background to competently assist others in building a life in the United States.
Ms. Numa is highly experienced in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. She has over 12 years of experience in consumer bankruptcy matters. Ms. Numa’s primary objective is to assist consumers in obtaining a fresh start under the bankruptcy code. Throughout her career, Ms. Numa has assisted over 1,000 individuals to take advantage of their rights under bankruptcy protection to restart, rebuild and recover.
