I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Marriott regarding removing an existing mortgage on a home that my client acquired through a quit-claim deed. Mr. Marriott was attentive to my client's needs, dissolved that mortgage that clouded my client's title, and helped my client reach their financial needs by using the equity in the home to help his family thrive. My hat is off to this gentleman; I cannot thank you enough!!

Proficient and Professional
Joe loves real estate transactions and real estate law; and when someone loves what they do, it shows. We hired Joe to help us close on our first home - a slightly nervous situation - and Joe's confidence and commitment to doing things right the first time was like cool water. We'll hire Joe again.

Great Attorney
Joseph is my primary attorney who handles all my business and real estate legal matters. I rely on his legal opinion in regards to operating my business and his expertise in real estate with my sales, leases, and purchases. Together, we have bought and sold nearly 20 properties. So far, there hasn't been any issues that Joseph cannot handle. However, there has been many times that Joseph has been able to save a deal when the other party or party's attorney has created issues or has been unable to resolve them.

Real Estate Transaction Help
I was referred to Joseph by a friend who he had helped them with the sale of their property. Joseph made the process painless and took the time to answer any questions I had. I recommend Joseph to all my family and friends.

Joseph was very helpful when I needed help clearing mortgages and liens from my property that were stopping me from being able to get a loan I needed. I will be going back to Joseph to close my loan and for title insurance once the loan is processed by my bank.
