Divorce
Jacqueline Epstein handled my divorce from my foreign spouse living abroad unbelievably fast. she’s very responsive and knowledgeable, explains proceedings well, and i felt very much taken care of during that stressful time. she made the process as positive as i could possibly imagine it. i very highly recommend her!

Detail Oriented and Strong Communicator
Jacqueline gave a very helpful consultation. She did a great job of listening to my questions and providing relevant feedback. She advised me to self-represent because of the simple nature of the my need. That showed integrity and honesty, when she could easily have convinced me that I need to hire her. I really appreciated her help.

My experience with Jacqueline was nothing short of excellence. During the process, Jacqueline was patient (regarding payments), personable, detail oriented, and made the process as pain free as physically/emotionally possible. She puts herself in your shoes....
Being a single mom with minimal funds and needing a divorce ASAP, I took it upon myself to file on my own, left me with a mistakes in my paperwork and still not divorce months later. I was in desperate need to get with someone that could consult me on my case, work with me on payments, and be able to trust them to get the job done. Jacqueline went over and beyond to get me what I deserved. It felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. I was very proud to say she was on my side, better yet, on my team! I am very grateful and appreciate everything she has done.

Do not waste your money on her. We hired her to fight a child support case, she addressed the custody part that we did not need her for. We lost the case with Ms. Jacqueline, we went back 3 months later without an attorney and won everything we asked for. I don't know if she was not focus due to the the divorce her and her partner was going threw but it seemed as if she was against her own client.

Poor: knowledge, preparation & execution; buyer beware
Perhaps life has change for Ms. Epstein. I found her to be ill prepared, easily rattled, unwilling to listen and someone who wilts easily under pressure. She was clearly no match for the other side. I would not waste my money on her. The legal profession deserves better. Apparently there aren't enough CLE's to make up for her lack of procedural knowledge. Use at your own risk...she will cost you a lot more money than you thought you'd save by hiring her.

In all of my cases, I strive to provide excellent customer service and zealous representation. However, each case has differing facts and circumstances. In many cases, I am able to bring the matters to trial, but when the facts and law clearly indicate a client will lose at trial, I will negotiate settlement to bring the best outcome possible for that client. When the case will not succeed at trial, I work diligently to preserve as many of my clients' objectives as possible through negotiation tactics.
