Benjamin Misko

An absolutely awful lawyer and man. He was incorrect about 100% of the things he told me. From what the judge would want from me to the lies he tried to tell me about medical insurance after he lost my case. This man will waste your time, uses DARVO in his communication, and interrupts you ev...ery sentence. He seems unable to listen at all. He uses common ableist microaggressions every conversation. Not once did he schedule a time to talk. He just called and expected me to be ready and able to receive life-altering news without any empathy for my situation. Empathy is not in Ben Miskos wheelhouse. His office staff Aaron, Mable, and even the other lawyer Tiffany, are not trauma informed. They literally use misogyny to try to tell you how to act. It is infantilizing and incredibly disrespectful. Anyway. They lost my case. Easiest case ever and they lost. Now I am battling for medical insurance in appeals. Ben withdrew because I asked for a meeting with a witness present. He HATES having a witness to his bad behavior. Hire anyone else. These people work for the judges. They dont care at all about disabled and vulnerable people. They participate in trying to end you the same way the system does, while they go home and sleep well because they believe somehow they arent part of that system. They are. And they choose to harm the most vulnerable every day and cant even handle the easiest of cases. People's lives have been lost because of lawyers like this. That is not an exaggeration.
