Mr. Kansas personally responded to my initial outreach promptly -- on the same day that I first called his office. He made time to meet with me the very next afternoon. It would have been all too easy for his office to put me off for a few days, so I was very appreciative to be treated like a long-ti...me client. Mr. Kansas took a personal interest in actively LISTENING to the details regarding my dismissal from my employer. I received sound, considered, and personalized advice concerning both the risks and benefits of pursuing remedial action. There was no big settlement at stake or a big check to flash on TV. All the same, Mr. Kansas treated me not just as a client, but as a human being with a genuine concern. Sounds like a small thing, but law can be an impersonal field these days. I hired Mr.Kansas to take care of a easy case in my book.I was fired because the company I was working for was dumping tons of garbage in the company yard in a residential neighborhood.I took a picture and the owner ask me to erase it I said kool but I didn't.I went on my vacation and the day I was s...upposed to return I was told he fired me because of paper work. My lawyer told me he filed all the correct paper to the EEOC and etc....He even told the unemployment judge that he represented me,but two weeks before the government shut down he told me that he was not my lawyer and I need to find a lawyer so he could send my case paper work over to them because I was reaching one year in two weeks.So two weeks past I called him and said I can't find another lawyer he said well I kno metro disposal lawyer Sydney he said that your lying and the company won't pay anything because youdidn't have a lawyer.I said if you're not my lawyer why would they lawyer talk to you .Well he hung up and the company got away clean.P.S He was a good lawyer up in to them two weeks.I wonder what happened.

Alan is exactly what I hoped for in a labor lawyer. I was terminated recently. He did not sway me towards outcomes that may provide more money for him...his stated purpose was to advise (and that included proofreading documents to make sure they legally protected me) and facilitate. 3) He has been cognizant of the hours needed to address my case, consistently made sure I am aware of my bill, and did his best to balance the hours needed to work on my case while ensuring he kept my bill is minimized. Alan has shown me that he is invested in me...not just my legal case. Working with him has been similar to having a friend that understands labor law. A friend of mine strongly recommended I use him, and I, in turn, would strongly recommend him to anyone in need of a labor lawyer.
