He is my ex husband’s lawyer . He crossed the line when he invited himself into my home when I had a nightgown on and opened the door holding my dog. He proceeded to walk in and put papers on my coffee table to sign. I made him get out my home he was not invited into. After that he had a guy come th...rough my back yard privacy gate at night in the dark at about 9 pm who was screaming on a cell phone and beating on my door . The cell phone was on speaker and I heard Mr Ditta tell the man serve her just several her !! The guy told zditta I want to be paid. I opened the door got the paper and the guy apologized to me. Mr Ditta simply needs to learn the case and be told the truth in which he is not. His client is lying to him even about The IRS

filing a complaint against a lawyer is a serious matter which should not be undertaken lightly. however, mr ditta misrepresented to me whether or not he had taken certain actions in a personal injury suit/petition for damages after being assaulted and battered while inside a food store. mr ditta di...d nothing after the suit was filed for three years - resulting in the case being abandoned.

Mr. Roland Ditta became my divorce attorney a few years ago. I was married, I had two small children at the time. I met Mr. Ditta in his office in Gretna, with my parents next to me for support.
