Renee L Swanson

Rene Swanson has been my “attorney” 2 for over 2 years. She has charged me over 30k in legal expenses and produced very little movement on my case. As a victim of domestic violence, she or her paralegal did not hesitate to call yelling at me or threatening to not prepare for upcoming hearings if I d...id not give Renee thousands of dollars more. She has come to court completely unprepared with no depositions and refused to file motions for contempt. She refused to follow through with an income assignment order that was issued by the judge. She once told me that I had to come to her office that day or my trial may be postponed. Upon arrival her paralegal gave me discovery including: years of bank statements, documentation, resumes, and much more. I managed to get the discovery back to her in 3 business days and was told it was not fast enough and my trial may be delayed. Renee had received the discovery 30 days prior to this request and simply failed to tell me. Renee further has cancelled appointments to attend social functions and did so the day prior my hearing. After 30k and this lack of representation, she has filed to withdraw because I was unable to sell the contents of my home in a “timely” manner to suit her.

I hired Ms Swanson to represent my daughter. She seems to handle my daughter as a second class black girl. I think she basically represents the opposite person in every way (He's white). We learned our lesson, wouldn't have her to even represent my dog and I don't have one. I hope she enjoyed the lar...ge amount of money we paid her. Watch God change things.
