My child was hurt at school from a railroad, spilled. I called Charles Ballay out to represent me. And he did up until the time it was time to get my money.While representing me Charles had became DA, and started to misrepresent,didn't inform me of any thing I was calling in talking with his secretar...y once a month and when it was time to distribute the money, he said I didn't sign a claim form in time. Well I had sign all my forms when the case happened and would follow up with his secretary. So when I went in to discuss he had no words for me and said I didn't sign the calm form in time and that was it. But come to find out he had never put me on the case. When he became DA he forgot all about his clients.
