I was highly disappointed and frustrated with the handling of my case. After his partner Mr. DeSalvo died he did not communicate with me for five months. I have all the text messages and calls to him that he never acknowledged. He did not attend one hearing. The only way I found out is because the co...urts served a letter to my old address which I sent to him in 2024. My brother and I did a deposition with him in 2023 and when I asked about a deposition with Dr Ahdvaru he told me the doctor had to cancel out two times. I was told on January 31 that I needed to pray that the Supreme Court favored my case because of a law that Governor Edward’s had passed. I was told that maybe I could get another lawyer to handle my case. I received a letter in April this year stating that my case would be closed if I did not have representation. I tried contacting every lawyer in the State of Louisiana but no one accepted the case because of the deadline. If I had not received this court order and them saying Mr Gremillion had never attended a hearing I would still be in the dark. I was told he was one of the best and referred by GordonMcKernin office. His communication skills were the best in the beginning which started in late 2022 but after that he stopped returning my calls, saying he was always in court or not just responding. I put all my trust in Him but I was made a fool of or maybe he thought I was to dumb to realize he was not working on my case. I have a hearing on May 5th which I plan on attending.
