Let me start by saying this... You don't want another lawyer!! Do yourself a favor and read all of this. I met Jana McCaffery several years ago when she was working for one of the, if not the, biggest law firms in the state. It didn't take long for me to realize that Jana didn't fit the ste...reotypical mold of a mega-firm attorney. She cared about ME. I wasn't a number, I was a real person. And my case wasn't that big! Her knowledge of the law, her understanding of the law, and her genuine desire to make sure I understood every aspect of my case was both reassuring and gratifying. I'd like to say she went out of her way to make me feel important, but that wasn't the case. She didn't go out of her way... Because I was on her client list, I WAS important. That's just who she is. She took my case, and watching her take on an very uncooperative nationwide company, work different laws from three states and end up with a settlement far beyond my expectations was a thing of beauty.
