An Amazing Lawyer Reunited my Family

My wife was taken by ICE officials and put in confinement. Erin prepared a thorough and convincing argument to prevent deportation. Unfortunately, it fell on deaf ears with the 1st Judge. Erin, knowing her see defense was sound, Reprasented the information to a second and eventually 3rd judge with... Passion and compassion. Both judges agreed with her argument though the prosecution seemed to have unlimited power. Erin continued to fight and eventually wore them down resulting in the case being dismissed. Erin was a rock of support and compassion throughout the nearly 3 months of this case. Thank you from my whole family!

Great Lawyer

I met Erin Hebert when she was assigned my husband’s Immigration case. Erin was very friendly and approachable since the moment we met her. She explained the long and complicated process to us thoroughly. Every time I had a question, Erin returned my emails and phone calls promptly. Writing my ...hardship letter was one of the hardest parts of the entire process since I had to relive bad memories from my childhood and teenage years. I met with Erin one time for about 3 hours to go over my letter. She went through my long letter, piece by piece and dissected my life story. As I was reliving the past, I broke down a few times and cried in her office. She was very compassionate and empathetic towards me during that process. I really appreciate that. Every time she received communication regarding our case, she would call me to relay the information right away. As the day was getting closer for my husband’s appointment in Mexico, she explained the process step by step. As it turns out, everything was exactly how she told us. I truly believe that Erin’s hard work and dedication in our case helped my husband get approved for his Visa and Permanent Residency. I am forever grateful to Erin for what she did for my family. I highly recommend Erin for anyone's Immigration representation. She is knowledgeable and will work hard for positive results.
