Mr. Ware was my attorney for all my green card processes from my first HIB until I got my green card this March. He is extremely competent. I did everything he suggested within the timelines he outlined and the results were as I hoped for. After having bad experience with another attorney, I was advised to seek Mr Ware’s advice; from the first time a met him it was obvious to me he was very knowledgeable, direct and clear. He explained to me what options I had for a visa extension and labor certification process. He explained the pos...sible issues and complications and recommended a path forward. He prepared a very complete and thorough package and did not cut any corners which help the applications get through without any issues. Don’t fall victim of unscrupulous or incompetent attorneys, if you want somebody you can trust will do the right thing and do it right you should consider him and his staff.

Mr. Ware assisted me and my husband in getting our Green Cards and I'd highly recommend him. He was very knowledgable of the process and clear on what was required from us, the company sponsoring me and his firm. He's also straight forward in regards to the cost and we didn't end pay up paying a dime... more than he said we would. I've had friends dealing with immigration lawyers charging their clients for every phone call, email etc in which case they've ended up paying much more than they first expected. I personally prefer the fixed cost and no add ons! I think the paralegals dealing with our case could occasionally have been a little more responsive/clearer as to some of the questions we (myself and my company) had during the process. But, all in all, we're very satisfied. We received our green cards in 18 months. We've also used Mr. Ware for our H1Bs and never had any issues.
