I live in Lincoln, Nebraska and had an estate back in Alliance, Nebraska. No lawyers from Lincoln wanted to deal with the distance. Got referred to Joshua after dealing with the estate for 3 years being open. He moved swiftly and efficiently to close the case in less then 6 months for me. He did not ...make a big deal about how I couldn't always come to court due to distance and when I did have to be there he made it accommodating to my schedule as much as possible. Never being to court for this sort of thing he was very informative on what would happen and coached me threw my nervousness. He was amazing in court to watch how cool and collected he was with all parties, and the judge on the case even made comment of that to him at the end of trial. At the closing I didn't even have to make a trip back. He sent me everything to sign, took care of the transfer of funds, and was very reasonable in his billing of me. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a lawyer!
