Not personable and will not do anything!!!

She was very blunt and to the point, not a bad thing. But the tone of her voice (telephone consult due to virus) was not good. She had reviewed the papers I had dropped off, but said that there was no case and refused point blank. She also said there was no way case would go anywhere, even though ...new diagnoses and doctors notes indicated that medical issues very much impacted daily activities and would interfere with daily life. She didnt even want to get and review new doctors notes, or even help. I would not recommend her if you are going for SSDI/SSI, as it seems unless there is very little work to do, she will not help or take the case!!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
