Shannon was amazing! She is kind, understanding, patient and always finds a way to get back to you. She was easily the best person to work with in this high stress situation. She took the time to explain every step and reassure me when I nervous or just didn’t know what was going on. Not only that sh...e called after I got my rating and I truly believe she was just as happy for me as I was happy. Maybe even more so because I was still like no, this didn’t just happen. It did though and her dedication got us there. It was a long process, confusing process and stressful but she was there with me. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this. I am grateful for her.

She was the calm in the storm. This process is not easy. She was patient and kind. She always got back to me and answered every question I had but also personally reassured me along the way. She isn’t just great at her job. She’s great with people. I feel like I was blessed to have her in my corner e...very step of the way. My rating didn’t come overnight. It took time and a lot of work. She was there and you can just tell she is fighting for YOU. When my rating did come through. I couldn’t even believe it. Yes I got the email but it wasn’t until she called me personally to congratulate me that it really sank in. I think she was even more happy for me than I was. Lol. She is the one you want on your side not just because she’s good at what she does but because she’s good with you. She is a pit bull and a cheerleader.

Shannon did an outstanding job and was extremely knowledgeable about what I needed to do. A clear plan was put in place, and throughout this long process, Shannon consistently checked in with me by email, which made a huge difference. It was reassuring to know I had someone who genuinely cared and... supported me during this seven-month journey. In the end, I was successful, and I felt both excited and relieved to receive what was rightfully owed to me. I truly could not have done this without Shannon’s help.
