My daughter and I were in a car accident in July 2023. After finishing physical therapy and treatments that following December, I scheduled an appointment with Rachel. Good lawyer!

Yeah, she’s good.

Be specific, that’s a broad range.Rachel was the lawyer assigned to my personal injury case. One where I had a particularly not the greatest health insurance plan.( they tried to get reimbursed for what would have been almost the full amount of the claim in question.Not only did she do an amazing job... work towards the best outcome on my behalf, she was also very willing to explain when I had questions.

Wrongful Automobile Accident

On Thursday, March 24, 2022, my sister was sitting on the corner, regardless of what she was doing, my sister was at the wrong place at the wrong time, while the driver, decided to speed while intoxicated coming off that exit ramp. My sister had a rough life growing up till now. I’m not saying she wa...s perfect but she sure as hell didn’t deserve to go out this way. I decided to take action and go thru the person who hit my sisters insurance. They gave me the run around and was only going to give my $1200 for the claim. I contacted Berry Law and Rachel took on the task to get whatever we could from the insurance company since they were getting over on me. It was a very long process but she stuck by me the whole time and I am very grateful for her. She always took her time and explained everything to me. She helped me get what I could get from the insurance company. It wasn't a lot and it wouldn't bring my sister back but I wasn't going to let the insurance company do that do me.
