Dignity, Respect, Security, Honest Lawyer and Law Firm

Dignity. Respect. Patience. Honesty. Listened & Heard. Safe & Secure. Educated. Resourceful. Partnership. Relief. Supportive. Appreciation. Rewarding. These are the words that describe my experience with Rachel Collins of Berry Law who listened to my story about the horrific motor vehicle collisio...n involving me being alone in a parked car with hazards on and suddenly getting slammed into by a semi-truck during the winter. Rachel allowed me to discuss what I felt comfortable with and in my own time. As a person who does a lot of research before jumping into any project, I used the same approach to finding a lawyer & a law firm who would listen to me as a person and not as a payment source. This was even more important in my situation as I am usually the person in my family and work everyone turns to for help and answers. However, this time was different because I was the one needing help. I was the one not sure who to trust because this time I had a traumatic brain injury, intense pain, night terrors, hearing noises, vision problems, dental issues, insomnia, flashbacks, symptoms of PTSD, and more. I was suffering a lot and when you are in that moment you are a survivor. You don't want to be judged, you want to be heard with understanding ears. You want to be heard with dignity and treated with respect and not be told you're overreacting. That is important because I've been in an educational and professional health care career that involved over 25 years of emergency and trauma training. I have years of experience with helping others in dealing with trauma, so it is offensive when others default to those comments. However, I never heard those negative comments from Rachel or her team. They would ask how I was doing and listen and discuss how to help me within the situation I was in. Family, friends, and coworkers ask me how I was doing and currently they still ask. My answer will always be “surviving” but now I have relief and am learning to survive with the new version of me. Thanks to Rachel and Berry Law for helping me secure a favorable outcome for any further medical care I may need without jeopardizing my living situation. I want to say Thank you Rachel Collins & Berry Law Firm for your expertise and personable approach. Thank you for your compassion and knowing when to play hardball with opposing counsel. I have extreme gratitude and appreciation for you and your team. I highly recommend Berry Law Firm.

Severe injury case

Rachel Collins did an excellent job. I was in an accident and severely injured. The bills were piling up and wasn't sure what to. Rachel took care of everything. If you are someone you know was injured, please give her a call. You will thank me later.

Professional, Caring and Successful Car Accident Settlement

I was in a horrible car accident that was not my fault. The other driver fled from the scene and had limited insurance. I contacted Rachel and she took care of me. I did not have to deal with my insurance company, she did. I did not have to make phone calls and figure out what was going on with my ca...se, she did. I sent her my medical bills and she contacted them. She took a huge weight off my shoulders and helped me get the settlement I deserved.

Highly recommend
