Evan Stein is an excellent lawyer!

I was a passenger in a vehicle that was t-boned by an SUV that chose to run a red light. Luckily I was the only one who was severely injured. I ended up needing surgery for my injuries, was out of work for 6 weeks, and needed several months of physical and occupational therapy to aide in my recovery .... I hired Evan because I had zero knowledge on what to even do in this situation to help get my medical bills covered. From our first meeting Evan was an excellent listener when he learned the details of my case. During my recovery he has done an amazing job at not only asking how I’m feeling, but also providing me on where we are at in my case. He’s been very patient and knowledgeable when explaining how different things work, and has never made me feel dumb for asking. I would highly recommend Evan!

Evan Stein helped us

Myself and two of my daughters had the unfortunate experience of being hit by a speeding pick up truck. Thankfully I took the worst of it out of the three of us. I was taken to a hospital not of my choosing, my vehicle was totaled and I was unable to work. The hospital I was taken to just could not p...rocess my insurance correctly. Bills kept coming in, they sent me to collections, and I was being called and received mail by various agencies. Evan Stein at Berry Law spoke to everyone on my behalf. He assisted with getting my healthcare insurance processed and got all those agencies off my back so that I could focus on physical therapy and rehab. I liked that it didn't matter that the case was small; we were treated with courtesy and taken seriously. Stein was patient in answering my questions and clarifying the big picture, as this was my first time working with a lawyer on a personal injury case and I initially had some apprehensions.
