The best in the business

Evan was my first experience with a lawyer, and I couldn’t be happier. He made me feel comfortable and explained the process in great detail always ensuring I remained informed and all my questions were answered. I will 100% be reaching out to him in the future, if I need to seek legal counsel. He is... what all lawyers should strive to be. One thing that really stood out to me was the thorough communication. I got into my accident in March and we’re finally settling in September. There was a lot of downtime in between where we were waiting on medical clearance even though nothing was needed from me at the time and there was nothing I could do, Evan would reach out and let me know that he was still working diligently to resolve my case. I even got a happy birthday email on my birthday and although it didn’t have anything to do with the case, it was refreshing to experience that level of customer service. I truly felt like I was a priority.

The best attorney!

Evan is the best attorney I could have asked for. From day one he listened to me, no matter how long or lengthy my emails were lol, and he always made sure every doctor appt and injury was on file. I have a complicated history with neck and back issues, injections,, but Evan never once made me feel l...ike a burden. He was patient, caring, and stayed on top of everything. What meant the most is he truly cared about my quality of life. I highly reccomend him!

Evan Stein helped us

Myself and two of my daughters had the unfortunate experience of being hit by a speeding pick up truck. Thankfully I took the worst of it out of the three of us. I was taken to a hospital not of my choosing, my vehicle was totaled and I was unable to work. The hospital I was taken to just could not p...rocess my insurance correctly. Bills kept coming in, they sent me to collections, and I was being called and received mail by various agencies. Evan Stein at Berry Law spoke to everyone on my behalf. He assisted with getting my healthcare insurance processed and got all those agencies off my back so that I could focus on physical therapy and rehab.
