Susan Kubert Sapp

Susan regularly represents schools, hospitals, doctors and employers in all matters, both general and day to day legal matters, as well as litigation and administrative proceedings. Susan has considerable experience in matters such as employee terminations, inservice training, supervisor training, EEOC complaints, internal investigations, Title IX, discrimination cases, OCR cases, and special education complaints.

Susan has been a member of the prestigious American Academy of Adoption Attorneys since 1991 and has represented parties to adoption in hundreds of cases throughout all of Nebraska and western Iowa and throughout the United States. Susan has been the principal drafter of all the adoption-related legislation enacted in Nebraska since 1995 and is a frequent speaker at adoption trainings and workshops.

Susan regularly represents doctors and hospitals and that defense includes investigating potential medical and dental malpractice claims, as well as defending hospitals, doctors and dentists who are sued for malpractice.
