No Client Loyalty

Hired Bill Chapin for my Criminal case. Prior to walking in the Court house for trial he states, "I didn't have enough time to prepare." He didn't get the needed evidence for trial. Evidence that would have proved my innocence. He filed a motion for continuance and oral motions through out the trial.... But didn't file a written affidavit per Nebraska law. All motions were denied. No defense at trial. Lost the jury Trial. No arguments for direct appeal. Never been to the law enforcements fabricated arrest location in my life. Didn't drive my vehicle there, law enforcement did when they drove it off private land. I went to prison for driving the vehicle to their new arrest location and assaulting officer at this location. I paid this lawyer a large retainer so he could help the County attorney get a conviction. Years later I also discovered that the jury foreman (a women) her mother was murdered years earlier by a man from Omaha Ne. Why was she the jury foreman. Because the Judge with Chapin's help placed her in this position. Yes I'm from Omaha. So I could add much more attorney misconduct to this post. But this should be clearly enough to make you think about who your hiring!
