A very through lawyer!

My case went back to 1974 in Lincoln and the court recently revised my conviction when they reviewed it. I challenged this and hired Mr. Clark to research it. He did a very in-depth investigation with case files, a legislative history search on the applicable laws at the time and much more and gave m...e a detailed invoice of charges. The outcome was not in my favor but I can now accept the courts decision due to his work.

"I endorse this lawyer. I've known him since before he went to law school, and regularly discuss practical legal matters with him. Dick is extremely smart, professional, and competent--he has a good command of intricate commercial law issues, and also knows what he does not know, and when to get more information on a given issue."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
