Gene knows the beef industry
Gene is an excellent lawyer. He understands the cattle industry and knows how to accomplish your goals. We had Gene prepare several contracts relating to selling individual shares in an AI bull. He took the time to ask us lots of details about what we were trying to accomplish. Because he was so familiar with this area, he brought up several issues we needed to address that we hadn't even thought of. Initially, I was skeptical because his hourly fees were so much higher than our local attorney. At the end of the day, he was well worth the money. He saved us more that we paid. I would highly recommend Gene.
