He committed fraud in Nebraska hiding under a nonprofit during 1990 - 1991, in Nebraska

My name is Susan. I hired John Eker III, in 1990. At that time, he owned a nonprofit law office and was registered with NE. as such. However, he committed fraud because he was charging clients, including myself, for services he never carried out and fees for hours he never put in on my case. I brough...t him before the Nebraska State Bar as well as the Nebraska Superior Judge who handled lawyer disciplinary actions for the State at that time. My case was reviewed, the result of fraud was found, and John's illegal law office was shut down. He however, opened another law office under a "for profit" license after the fact. I'm not surprised to learn he injured another client after me and his law license was suspended as a result of his actions. My CV contains the signed letter by the deciding Judge who closed Eker's office down. Please contact me for supporting documents. Thank you. Susan L.

Never again

Failed to show up to multiple court dates, awful about returning calls/emails, seemed to be very distracted with his personal life and couldn't separate it from his work life.
