Boyum Law is a law firm focusing on probate law, estate administratiion and estate planning. Based in Omaha, Nebraska, our mission is to provide residents of Nebraska transfer memories and money to their loved ones. We help families deal with the stressful process of probate and help families aviod much of that stres with quailty estate plannying using wills and living trusts. About Bradley Boyum
Mr. Boyum oversees a law practice devoted to providing clients with the best in estate planning and administration. His primary focus is to provide top quality estate plans to clients in an effort to alleviate any worry the client might have over the organization of their estate. Brad does this by helping clients avoid probate, protect their assets, and provide for the security of their loved ones with a well-crafted estate plan.
Experience
Mr. Boyum has experience working on both the financial service and legal side of estate planning. After working for Berkshire & Burmeister (f/k/a Berkshire & Blunk), Mr. Boyum moved to a local insurance company and then to Merrill Lynch before returning to the legal side of estate planning and opening his own practice.
He is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
Education
After a stint at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, Mr. Boyum moved to Omaha and graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a B.S. in Political Science. After undergraduate school, Brad attended Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska
Personal
Mr. Boyum has resided in Omaha for over 20 years. Moving to Nebraska from North Dakota, Brad enjoys the many outdoor activities that the Midwest has to offer including golf, boating, and hunting.

Did not do what he was retained to do
I had retained this attorney to clear the title to my home. Both parents had passed intestate over 15 years ago. He indicated the process would take about six month and a retainer was paid. Six months later it was not complete but he invoiced me for $2700. I call the office and he never returns my ca...
