Biography
I am an attorney who lives and works in Seattle, Washington. Specifically, West Seattle, a suburb of Seattle. I retired from the Army as a Lieutenant Colonel in 1988 and have built my private practice for the last 20 years in West Seattle. I limit my practice to Real Estate matters, Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts and Elder Law.
I enjoy hiking. I have climbed Mt Rainier twice, Mt Baker once and Mt. Kilimanjaro once. None of these are technical climbs - and I doubt I will ever do a really technical climb. No Mount Everest climbs are in my future. I recently learned to swim and have done several short triathlons. My goal is to remain fit forever, though my predisposition to doughnuts and cookies makes that a forever challenge.

Ms. Best claimed to be able to handle my case, yet she was ill informed of applicable laws and just plain lazy and slow in handling my problem. when she realized she couldn't handle my case she simply stopped without informing me. She left me hanging and I was for worse off for having used her.
