Terry A. White

Terry A. White is an advanced employment lawyer at Carlson & Burnett with more than three decades of experience. She assists clients with matters involving employment, business, and labor issues, including cases involving discrimination based on gender, age, race, religion, marital status, and national origin. She also handles cases involving white collar crime, general commercial litigation, and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Her practice is exclusively focused on litigation. She has tried cases in federal, state, and tax courts. Terry is a graduate of Creighton University School of Law (cum laude) and the University of South Dakota.
