While I was in the process of moving my aunt to a care facility due to her memory issues, Tim executed a cease and desist on me, changed her POA to allow her neighbor to take over, then had aunt sign to relinquish her self care. He then brought documents TO THE FACILITY to allow neighbor to inherit e...ven though my aunt was not of sound mind for 2 years prior ( and he knew this from me). I hope he is no longer in practice. He should have been disbarred but he said he was retiring due to health issues. The ultimate outcome for my aunt was not good since I was unable to protect her from vultures. She died in a facility with F rating.
