In April 2021, I had no VA benefits having just been denied benefits by the VA. I knew I needed to appeal but it can be intimidating alone. However, appealing VA cases is one of many things that Berry Law does very well. I was assigned Montana Crowe and she knew exactly what to do. I received ...50% disability in September 2022 with a couple years back pay. Montana did not let it end there. She appealed and I was recently increased 70%. The whole process is so much less intimidating when you have a good lawyer on the case. Montana is great and will keep going until you get all the benefits you deserve. I am a happy camper!!
