I want every Veteran to know how immensely grateful that I am for the professional guidance and assistance that I received from Montana Crow and Tuesday Metcalf-Hofts and the staff at Berry Law. My “journey” with the Veterans Affairs claim process began in 2007 when I filed a claim with a different... organization who were unsuccessful in obtaining the best results for me. They left me with the impression that my case was beyond their abilities. I sought the assistance of another organization and had the same results. I had all but given up when, by chance, a friend told me about his experience with the Barry Law Firm. Almost immediately after speaking with Montana she filed for (and achieved) a remand order by arguing on my behalf that the VA made mistakes by failing to ensure that my VA examination was adequate.
