My experience with Berry Law Firm, specifically Montana Crow, has been nothing short of amazing! She has worked very hard for me and I am truly thankful. I began the process of applying for benefits after a conversation I had with a few other veterans. My belief, like many others, was that I didn'...t deserve any benefits because I felt I was unworthy. After 24 years, I submitted my first claim myself and found the process was extremely frustrating and stressful. Next, I went through my county's VSO. This person took advantage of my lack of knowledge about the process and only made the stressful situation worse. Then I met a veteran that referred me to Berry Law and I was introduced to Montana Crow. Her confidence, knowledge, and compassion helped lighten alot of the stress I felt. Her efforts helped me get from a 40% rating to a 50% rating, then to 80%, 90%, and finally to a 100% permanent and total rating! I want every Veteran to know how immensely grateful that I am for the professional guidance and assistance that I received from Montana Crow and Tuesday Metcalf-Hofts and the staff at Berry Law. My “journey” with the Veterans Affairs claim process began in 2007 when I filed a claim with a different... organization who were unsuccessful in obtaining the best results for me. They left me with the impression that my case was beyond their abilities. I sought the assistance of another organization and had the same results.
